The vertical cuttings dryer is a machine designed to reduce the operator’s total fluids cost and limit waste disposal volumes. Vertical Centrifuge is the ideal product for oil based drilling waste management. A stainless steel screen bowl traps “wet” solids and accelerates them up to 820 RPM with G force up to 360. Liquid is forced through the screen bowl openings, while “dry” solids are extracted by the angled flights attached to the cone, which rotates slightly less slowly than the bowl.
