Application of Hi-G Dryer

Drilling Decanter Centrifuge can be Devided into Three Types by the Separation Factors
The decanter centrifugal force by solid phase particles of liquid ring and the ratio of its own gravity called decanter centrifuge separation factors, the larger decanter centrifuge separation factor can separat finer particles from the mud. Currently drilling decanter centrifuge can be divided into three types according to the size of the separation factors:

Application of Decanting Centrifuge Used in Drilling Waste Management
For unweighted drilling fluids, a decanter centrifuge is often used on the active mud system ot remove as many drilled solids as possible, which helps to control the weight or density of the mud. The effluent containing colloidal solids, such as bentonite and chemical additives, is returned to the active mud system.
