It mud be noted that until the advent of KOSUN Hi G technology, the traditional method for control of OOC was install a cuttings wash/cleaning system. This was not only an expensive solution. But in some cases a very inefficient one, which sometimes reported higher figures than that being discarded from the shaker. As it is, the Drying Shaker requires minimal supervision. Together with its low operation costs and significant savings in fluid, it is an attractive alternative to any cuttings cleaning system. It can also be utilized well with high cost “pseudo” mud and/or “closed loop” systems.
Actually, High–G Dryer shares the same construction with shale shaker except its base height. The base of High-G Dryer is bigger than shale shaker.
