Structure & Working Principle of Drilling Mud Agitator

Structure: The device is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor and reducer, frame and pulsator components, motor and reducer, gear reducer and wave wheel shaft are connected through rigid coupling. Pulsator is compounded and into by four leaf.

Working Principle: The impeller can make the mixing fluid produces eddy motion pulsator, thus enhancing the mixing effect. Sandwiched between blade tray also can prevent mud solid control phase particles deposit on the lower leaves after downtime, the method can reduce the sediment of the blade when starting resistance moment, thus avoiding the overload and burn out motor starting.
